About Us

Nagarjuna Kadampa Meditation Centre is based in Kelmarsh, with easy access to Market Harborough, Northampton, Kettering, Rugby and beyond. It is a special place of tranquility, relaxation, reflection and friendship. It is home to an international Kadampa Buddhist community who share a similar wish to make their lives meaningful by finding lasting peace and happiness from within and helping others to do the same.

Nagarjuna Kadampa Meditation Centre is open to the public and offers a variety of introductory meditation classes, meditation retreats, one day meditation workshops, art courses, in-depth study programmes and special events. There is something for everyone – both beginners and more experienced meditators.

Nagarjuna Kadampa Meditation Centre is home to the popular vegetarian World Peace Café, open every day from 11am – 4pm.

We offer introductory meditation classes throughout the local area – in Kelmarsh, Bedford, Coventry, Daventry, Leamington Spa, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Rugby, and Stony Stratford. Our beginners classes include guided meditations, a short practical talk about how to use meditation to solve daily problems, and an opportunity to ask questions and discuss over light refreshments.

Our meditation courses and classes are open to everyone, whatever level of interest or experience, and give people the opportunity to learn more about meditation, Buddhism, and finding peace & happiness from within.
